I thought it was very balanced. Darina was very good as was Helen. Both professional and lots of time to answer queries.”

Private Sessions (One to One With Partners).

Private antenatal classes are becoming very popular recently as they are wonderfully flexible. Today in this busy world we are all running to meet schedules, race against traffic, commute long distances and juggle domestic affairs. Despite this remember there is always something to suit everyone when it comes to the choice of antenatal classes here in the southeast.

“When a mother is aware of what is going to happen she can gain confidence in her ability to cope with the situation and can look forward to the birth of her baby. Lack of information leads to stress.”

(Margaret Fanagan, 2008, Midwife/Educator).

I find antenatal care and antenatal classes most rewarding and the feedback from parents is usually that they were most grateful for attending the classes. It’s a great fun environment to be in as everyone is in the same boat and during the networking process mutual parental support is given and lifelong friends are made.
